Rail Fastenings

Optimally Mounted on Concrete

Alle our ribbed plates

guarantee maximum reliability and fastest mounting on concrete or steel.
are forged from steel.
can be welded to a steel substructure if needed.
have our well-tried tangential bearing.
are approved by German Railway Authority (EBA).

Depending on the expected loads, our fastenings are available in different gauges. You can find an overview in our catalogue.

Level bearing causes edge pressure

With Level bearing, even slight bending shifts the load to the edges. This causes extreme load peaks, damaging the substructure even in a short timespan. Water seeping in and frost bursting are the results.

Tangential bearing for distributed load application

The tangential bearing through a curved surface constructively prevents this. It ensures a central force application at all times, even under high wheel loads. This way, the full surface of the plate is used for load application. High lateral forces can also be reliably distributed. The substructure is preserved.

Ribbed Plates

Our standard rail fastening for vignol-, grooved- and crane rails.

Reliable – even with high and dynamic loads.

For especially high loads we offer our “ribbed plates for heavy crane rails” (see our catalogue).

Hooked Ribbed Plates

Specially developed for maintenance hangars and inspection pits.

Can be installed directly on the pit edge, thanks to the fixing screw on the inside of the hook, underneath the rail.

The inner rail flank remains free, enabling you to run monitoring and inspection utilities on the rail foots and reducing the risk of staff getting injured on screw ends.

Adjustable Ribbed Plates

When settling causes issues or you are in need of a high precision in long-term usage, this fastening can help, as it is laterally adjustable after installation by +/-20mm, while also offering all the benefits of our ribbed plates with their convex bearing.

This ribbed plate is equipped with slotted holes for its four anchor bolts. Four wedges and matching opposed, angled bearing surfaces hold the plate securely in its designated position.

Height levelling is usually done using lining plates.

All sizes and technical details are listed in our catalogue.
